Rossi v. McDonald’s Corporation, et al. FAQs
The lawsuit alleges that McDonald’s, its franchisees, and Deloitte agreed to fix, raise, and stabilize McDonald’s menu prices by having competing restaurants set prices through the same McDonald’s-controlled pricing system, which relies on each restaurant’s confidential sales data. The plaintiff alleges that customers paid more than they would have if each restaurant had set its prices independently.
You may be a member of the proposed class if you purchased one or more menu items from a McDonald’s restaurant in the United States—whether owned by McDonald’s or by a franchisee—at any time since January 1, 2019.
