Max Brandy

Paralegal

Max Brandy serves as a Litigation Paralegal for the Firm. He assists attorneys in the full litigation life cycle in both state and federal courts, from initial case assessment through U.S. Supreme Court appeals. Max has significant trial experience, including serving as plaintiffs’ lead paralegal for a large whistleblower case resulting in a verdict of over $350 million.

Max graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and earned Certificates in Paralegal Studies as well as Litigation Technology and Legal Project Management from Georgetown University. 

Rachel Brooks

Legal Project Analyst

Rachel Brooks is a Legal Project Analyst in the Minneapolis office. She manages inquiries from potential clients regarding different class action lawsuits and investigations. She is responsible for communicating, interviewing, and monitoring relations with potential clients, as well as following up with potential clients to obtain relevant documents.

Rachel received her B.A. from St. Olaf College.
