The First Treatise on Ethics in Complex Litigation is Now Available

Class Actions and Other Complex Litigation: Ethics (Lexis Nexis 2023) is the first treatise dedicated to ethical issues in class actions and multidistrict litigation. Co-edited by Joshua Davis, Chair of Berger Montague’s Complex Litigation Ethics Consulting Group and Shareholder Candice Enders—with chapters by Davis, Enders, and other leading lights in complex litigation and ethics—the treatise covers conflicts of interest, communications with class members, funding, settlements, third party claim filers, court-appointed neutrals, and similar topics. A first set of chapters is currently available on Lexis.
