Patrick F. Madden and Camille Fundora Rodriguez Named 2021 Law360 Rising Stars

Berger Montague is proud to announce that Law360 has named Shareholders Patrick F. Madden and Camille Fundora Rodriguez 2021 Rising Stars. Mr. Madden was recognized as a Class Action Rising Star, and Ms. Rodriguez was recognized as an Employment Rising Star. They are two of only 180 attorneys to receive this honor.

Law360’s Rising Stars award recognizes attorneys under 40 whose legal accomplishments transcend their age. After reviewing more than 1,400 submissions for its 2021 Rising Stars distinction, Law360’s team of editors arrived at the list of winners, who were selected based on their career accomplishments in their respective disciplines.

Law360 published a profile on Mr. Madden, in which he said that his proudest moment as an attorney was representing the city of Philadelphia against Wells Fargo. The lawsuit alleged that the bank discriminated against minority homeowners in Philadelphia for mortgage lending. The parties reached a deal that resulted in millions of dollars in programmatic relief so that home purchasers could obtain loans at fair rates and terms: “While such a result would have made me proud in any case, to do it for my hometown was even more significant for me.”
