Y. Michael Twersky concentrates his practice primarily on representing plaintiffs in complex litigation, including on insurance, antitrust, and environmental matters. In the past, Mr. Twersky has worked on a wide variety of insurance matters including an insurance case in which a Federal District Court found on Summary Judgement that a large insurance company had breached its policy when it denied benefits under an accidental death insurance plan.
